Lavash can help out a housewife when there is no time to cook, but the house requires something new and necessarily nutritious.
This recipe will become a real lifesaver, because it will allow you to realize all your wishes in one dish.
To prepare, you will need two sheets of lavash and filling.
The filling can be very diverse: from minced meat and fish to vegetables and fruits.
The simplest option is with minced meat.
Take 2 sheets of lavash and cut them into two more pieces each.
Mix the minced meat with fresh herbs, onions, add salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.
If you are making a vegetable pie, you can fill it with anything: carrots and cabbage, pumpkin, onions and mushrooms, cheese or cottage cheese, and so on.
Then the filling is placed on the edge of the lavash sheet and the sheet is rolled into a roll.
This is done with each sheet, and the finished rolls are placed in a baking dish, rolled into a circle, but not pressed tightly against each other.
Next, mix mayonnaise (or natural yogurt) with raw eggs and pour over the rolls.
You can sprinkle grated cheese on top and place the preparation in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
The lavash pie will be ready in 30 minutes.
