How to cook

This recipe is considered classic. It is prepared quickly and in a water bath. The main advantage of the recipe is that the glaze does not crumble.

Carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Then add sugar and beat the whites until foam forms.

Bring the glaze to readiness in a water bath, stirring the mixture constantly for 5 minutes.

Then remove and beat with a mixer until a thick, dense mass is formed.
