But it is not always possible to make it tasty, aromatic and with a crispy crust. Find out how to cook tasty potatoes correctly.

Ingredients:

• Potatoes - 6 pieces;
• Lard - 20 grams;
• Oil;
• Onion;
• Garlic;
• Salt;
• Pepper.

Preparation:

Clean the pan well to prevent it from burning. Then dry it thoroughly.

Cut the lard into pieces and place on a heated frying pan. Fry the lard on both sides.

Add vegetable oil to the frying pan.

Cut the potatoes into strips and place them in the frying pan.

Fry the potatoes on low heat without covering them with a lid. Do not turn the potatoes often, because they will fall apart.

If the heat is medium, the potatoes will boil, but if it is high, they will burn.

Cut the onion into half rings, add to the pan and cover with a lid.

Add spices to taste and stir.

If desired, you can squeeze out some garlic and add it to the potatoes. It will give them a fragrant garlic flavor.
