  • cottage cheese – 400 g;
  • cream (20% fat) – 100 ml;
  • white chocolate – 100 g;
  • flour – 2 tablespoons;
  • chicken egg – 3 pcs.;
  • sugar – 50 g.

How to prepare a casserole

1. Preparation of the dish begins with beating eggs with sugar, gradually pouring cream into the mixture.

The dessert will turn out beyond all praise if you make sure that there are no lumps left during the whipping process and the mixture is uniform.

2. Melt the white chocolate using a water bath. Then mix the product with the remaining ingredients and add flour.

3. Place the cottage cheese in a separate bowl. There, combine it with the previously prepared mixture.

4. Then it remains to put the workpiece in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. The dish is cooked for about 20 minutes. But it is better to periodically check the readiness of the casserole with a wooden skewer.
