15 Minutes at the Stove: How to Make Egg Muffins with Spinach and Ham

Casserole is a simple, yet sophisticated option for preparing a dish for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

An excellent example of a tasty, filling and beautiful dish are egg muffins with spinach and ham, which are very easy to prepare.

Products:

  • chicken eggs – 6 pcs.;
  • spinach (chopped and stewed) – 150 g;
  • ham (prosciutto) – 50 g;
  • milk – ½ cup;
  • soft goat cheese (crumbed) – ¾ cup;
  • roasted red pepper (diced) – ½ cup.

How to prepare

1. Preheat the oven to 170-180 °C. Spray the muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, beat the milk and eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then add the cheese, spinach and pepper.

3. The mixture is distributed among the molds (approximately a quarter of a glass in each).

4. Place ham (prosciutto) on top and bake for 20-25 minutes. The dough should set in the center.
