Most often, when preparing syrniki, housewives choose dried fruits, jams or fresh fruits as a filling.
This option stands out from the rest, as you have to cook it with spinach, the benefits of which need not be discussed.
If you don’t have spinach, you can use fresh parsley, dill, and even Swiss chard.
Spinach should be washed, finely chopped. Then mixed with cottage cheese and egg.
Add salt to taste and, depending on the moisture content of the curd mass, add flour (more or less), and then mix.
We form the cheesecakes, bread them in flour, and then proceed as circumstances dictate.
If you want a healthy breakfast, you can bake them in the oven. If not, then the syrniki are fried in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
