Cheesecakes with a surprise are the very dish that will get anyone out of bed in the morning, even the most grumpy lazybones.
Usually, pieces of fruit are used as a "surprise", i.e. filling. But this option is definitely not familiar to everyone.
Mash the cottage cheese, grind it with a blender or you can rub it through a sieve. Then mix it with semolina and egg.
Considering that the filling will be sweet, sugar can be used to a minimum.
Mix the mixture, form round cakes and place a spoonful of chocolate paste inside.
Then the blanks are rolled up, sealing the filling inside, slightly squeezed, breaded in flour and fried in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
Bon appetit!
