Pancakes can be classic thin, thick, made with buckwheat flour or starch. But if all this variety has become boring, you can diversify the recipe a little.
Here's what you need to add to the dough to delight your family with their favorite dish, but with a new taste.
Let the ingredients warm up to room temperature, beat the eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and salt, beat.
Then slowly pour in the warm milk, continuing to stir the dough base.
Mix flour with baking powder, add to the egg-milk mixture and stir the dough.
Now you can grate the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the dough.
Too thick dough can be diluted with a large amount of warm boiled water. Bake pancakes as usual - in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.
When stacking pancakes, brush each pancake with butter – it will taste better.
Bon appetit!
