Marmalade is loved not only by children, but also by adults, so if you have some fruit juice at home, you can make a dessert.
According to this recipe, the treat will be no worse than the store-bought one. To prepare it, you will need only three ingredients:
1. To prepare the base, use a saucepan or stewpan. First, pour the juice into the container. Place the container on low heat and heat the liquid.
2. Then add gelatin and honey. Bring the ingredients to complete dissolution, stirring constantly.
3. Next, you will need molds into which you can pour the finished mass. If you don’t have special silicone molds, then the ones used for freezing ice will do.
4. Pour the mixture and then put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. When the marmalade hardens, you can take it out of the molds and call your family for tea.
