Making dessert seems like something complicated and time-consuming, requiring experience and special products.
However, there are recipes that allow you to prepare something for tea from almost nothing. Save the recipe and your family will ask for more.
For this dish, sweet apples are suitable, which must first be peeled and core removed.
Then cut into cubes and grind the fruit preparation into puree using a blender. If you don’t have one, a meat grinder will do.
Next, beat the egg until it forms a thick, stable foam.
Now mix the applesauce with the beaten egg, add the semolina and stir.
You can add berries (for example, frozen cherries) or nuts to taste and desire.
After this, pour the mixture into silicone muffin molds, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dessert for 30 minutes.
Serve after the pastry has cooled slightly.
Bon appetit!
