The Secret of Quick Julienne: How to Prepare a Dish in 15 Minutes

One trick will help you cut the cooking time of julienne in half.

A hot French appetizer of mushrooms, chicken fillet and cheese will be on the table in 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • onions – 1 bulb;
  • champignons – 0.3 kg;
  • chicken breast (boiled) – 1 pc.;
  • sour cream – 3 tablespoons;
  • cheese (hard) – 150 g;
  • salt – to taste;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation

1. First, chop the onion and boiled chicken. Fry the vegetable in a frying pan with mushrooms.

2. After 5-7 minutes, add the fillet and sour cream to the frying pan with the onions and mushrooms.

3. At this stage, reduce the heat, and then pepper and salt the preparation. After 1 minute, remove the vegetables, mushrooms and chicken from the stove.

4. The preparation is laid out in cocotte dishes and covered with cheese. Then it remains to put the julienne in the oven for 3 minutes.

5. Almost all the ingredients are ready, all that remains is to wait for the cheese to melt. This takes about 3 minutes, and the total cooking time in this way is about 15 minutes.
