The formula for the ideal marinade: the more fruit, the juicier and more flavorful the shashlik.

The meat will literally melt in your mouth if you prepare the marinade using kiwi and lemon. Fruits work real miracles.

It takes 2 hours to cook and marinate. The list of products consists of:

  • pork (pulp) – kilogram;
  • kiwi – 1 fruit;
  • lemon – 1 fruit;
  • onions – 2 onions;
  • vegetable oil (unrefined) – 25 ml;
  • salt – 10 g;
  • black pepper (ground) – teaspoon;
  • spices for shashlik – 50 g.

Preparation

1. Wash the pork and cut it into medium pieces. Chop the onion into rings, and peel the kiwi and mash it into a pulp.

2. Place the pork, kiwi and onion in a deep bowl. Season the ingredients with pepper and add the shashlik seasoning.

3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Add vegetable oil and salt to the mixture. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and marinate the pork for at least 1.5 hours. No need to do more, as the meat may become too soft.

The acids contained in kiwi and lemon will make it so that after marinating even the toughest meat can be eaten with your lips.
