A fragrant and delicious dessert will be on the table within an hour of starting to cook.
Both children and adults will appreciate this delicacy, and they won’t even look at store-bought treats.
Products:
1. Mix 100 g of cottage cheese with an egg, add flour and soda. Sweeten to taste. Then knead the dough. It should be a little sticky. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. While the cottage cheese is in the refrigerator, prepare the filling. Mix the second part of the cottage cheese with milk and seeds. The preparation should have a soft and plastic consistency. The filling can be sweetened to taste.
3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour.
4. The dough is evenly greased with the filling and a free edge is left for gluing. The workpiece is rolled into a tight roll, which is divided into 6-8 parts.
5. Grease the baking dish with oil and place the snails on the end, slightly flattening the top.
6. Bake the dessert in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 degrees. You can use a multicooker – 35-40 minutes at 170 degrees.
Instead of seeds, you can take 2 tbsp. chopped dried fruits, nuts or poppy seeds. You can make an unsweetened version of snails. You just need to mix the cottage cheese for the filling with salt and spices.
