When regular pancakes become boring, many housewives try new recipes, but not everything always goes according to plan.

Banana pancakes may darken and the consistency of the batter may resemble a sticky liquid.

This result is caused by mistakes that almost everyone who prepares such a treat for the first time makes.

List of products:

  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • milk – ½ cup;
  • flour – ½ cup;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • sugar – 2 tablespoons;
  • baking powder – ½ teaspoon;
  • banana – 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation

1. Combine four ingredients in a bowl: eggs, milk, sugar, salt. Mix the ingredients with a fork or whisk.

2. Then gradually add flour and baking powder to the egg mixture. Mix the ingredients, turning the dough into a homogeneous mass.

3. Peel the banana and mash it into a puree, which is combined with the dough.

An important nuance: the dish will not darken if you watch the amount of fruit. There should be less of it than the other main ingredients.

Also, it is better to use fresh bananas that are not dark or soft.

4. Place the dough on a heated frying pan with a tablespoon. Fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
