How to Cook Tender Chicken Thighs: This Sauce Will Make the Dish a Total Delight

Some housewives rarely cook chicken thighs because they almost always turn out dry and unappetizing.

But with the right approach, the dish will turn into a culinary masterpiece. The meat simply needs a marinade and sauce.

Then chicken thighs will appear on the table very often, because it is a real culinary delight.

Preparation

1. Place the thighs (1 kg) in a convenient container, immediately add salt (1 tsp), pepper (to taste), paprika (1 tsp) and vegetable oil (2 tbsp).

Mix the ingredients thoroughly and leave the meat for 30-40 minutes. The thighs should be marinated.

2. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, then put the chicken in. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the meat in there for 30 minutes.

3. While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (3 tbsp) and mustard (1 tbsp). Mix the ingredients and wait until the meat is cooked.

4. Take the thighs out of the oven, grease them with sauce and let the baked meat sit for at least 10 minutes. The sauce will be absorbed and then you can serve it.
