In the summer, tables are laden with an abundance of fresh, juicy greens.
One of the popular spices is dill. Vitamin greens can be found in every garden.
Gardeners like to grow dill because it is unpretentious: plant, water, and in 20 days you can harvest.
Some people think that the only useful thing in dill is the leaves, so they always throw away the stems. But you don’t have to do that, you can make something incredibly delicious from them.
If you used dill leaves and only thick stems are left, no problem. Arm yourself with a knife to chop the stems, they can be cut into lengths of about 1.5 centimeters or as you like.
Transfer the resulting mass into a container with a lid, add chopped garlic to taste, you can pass it through a press, 1 teaspoon of salt and vegetable oil, a little lemon juice.
Mix the resulting mixture carefully, but do not turn it into mush. Check that there is enough salt.
Store the finished mixture in the refrigerator and use it to make pizza, add to a hot dish or soup.
