Easier to prepare than an omelette, but much tastier: a recipe for a roll with ham and eggs

This recipe will help you out when you don’t want to cook boring fried eggs or omelettes.

Lavash roll with ham and eggs will diversify the usual menu, but will not complicate the preparation at all.

Typically, this dish is served for breakfast, but if desired, it can be prepared for lunch or dinner.

The list of ingredients consists of:

  • thin pita bread – 2 pcs.;
  • tomato – 1 pc.;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • ham – 100 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • milk – 2 tablespoons;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • greens - a bunch;
  • salt and pepper.

Preparation

1. Cut the ham and tomato into thin slices, and the pepper into cubes. Chop the greens finely.

2. Beat eggs with milk and spices. Pour part of the mixture onto a heated frying pan.

3. Place a sheet of lavash on top of the egg and milk mixture, and spread the vegetables with ham and herbs on it.

4. Sprinkle with cheese, then cover everything with another sheet of lavash and pour in the remaining egg and milk mixture.

5. Cook the dish under the lid for about 10 minutes, and then roll everything into a large roll. All that remains is to cut it into pieces and serve.
