Everyone loves baked apples, especially with cottage cheese and cinnamon. Sometimes you don't want to mess around with the dish so much that many are ready to just eat apples with cottage cheese.
But why make such sacrifices if almost every kitchen has a microwave in which you can prepare this favorite dessert.
Apples are usually baked in the oven. Here, few people look at the variety and thickness of the skin. Apples are simply peeled, stuffed with cottage cheese, put in the oven - and done.
To make it no worse than in the oven, you will have to remember a few details.
First, choose medium-sized apples.
Secondly, for baking with the skin, late varieties of apples are used, which have a denser skin.
Thirdly, when cooking apples in a microwave, you must cut the sides to allow excess juice to drain out.
Fourthly, add a little water to the form where the apples will be cooked, otherwise the fruit will stick. And if the apples are cooked whole, then you need to add lemon juice - the fruit will turn out more beautiful.
The tops of the apples need to be cut off and the core removed.
Then you need to mix the cottage cheese, egg, sugar and cinnamon, stuff the apples with the mixture, and put a piece of butter on top.
Place the fruit vertically in the pan, add 3-4 tbsp of water, 1 spoon of lemon juice, turn on the maximum power mode and bake for 7-8 minutes.
Before serving, check the fruit and cottage cheese and, if necessary, repeat the procedure.
Bon appetit!
