Ingredients:

  • milk – 0.2 l;
  • white bread – 7 slices;
  • onions – 0.3 kg;
  • chicken thighs – 1 kg;
  • garlic – to taste;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons;
  • salt and spices – to taste;
  • flour for breading.

Step by step preparation

1. Warm the milk a little and then soak the white bread in it.

2. Chop the onion into large pieces and fry in a frying pan until golden brown.

3. Put chicken meat, white bread, onion and garlic (to taste) through a meat grinder. Collect the ingredients in one bowl.
