With this product, pancakes will not only taste better, but will also be thinner than a sheet of paper. This ingredient is used by many experienced cooks.

Products:

  • eggs (cold) – 5 pcs.;
  • milk – 3 glasses;
  • butter – 45 g;
  • flour – 2 cups;
  • salt (to taste);
  • butter (for greasing pancakes).

Step by step preparation

1. To make the pancakes perfect, you need to add butter to the dough. First, melt it in a frying pan.

2. While the butter is cooling, separate the whites from the yolks. Place the whites in the refrigerator. Mix the yolks with salt, milk and butter.

3. Sift the flour and add it to the egg-milk mixture. Remove the whites from the refrigerator and beat them with salt and combine with the rest of the mixture.

4. Experienced cooks grease each finished pancake with butter and stack them on top of each other.
