"Russian salad" on the festive table will fly away instantly. The recipe of the dish was revealed by chef Konstantin Ivlev on the air of his YouTube show " Ivlev Chef ".
The list of ingredients is not the simplest, but the result is worth it. And the list of products consists of:
1. The chef advised to defrost green peas correctly. To do this, the product is first placed in boiling water, and then in ice water. The trick is that the peas will not lose their taste.
2. Grate the boiled eggs. Cut the vegetables into pea-sized cubes. As for the lettuce leaves, the chef recommends not tearing them too large, but cutting them into medium pieces.
3. Remove the quails from the flesh, leaving the skin on. Fry the bird in olive oil with thyme, salt and pepper.
4. After frying, the quails are finely chopped, leaving only the breasts. The salad is dressed with creamy horseradish and mayonnaise.
5. Mix the dish thoroughly and serve on a flat plate. Place the quail breasts on top.
