It is not necessary to remove cutlets from the menu, because they can be not only fried. Baking is an equally advantageous option.

  • minced meat – 0.2 kg;
  • sunflower oil – teaspoon;
  • salt and spices.

Step by step preparation

1. First, season the minced meat with spices and salt.

2. Grease the baking sheet with oil. Form the minced meat into cutlets, which are placed on the baking sheet.

3. Bake for 12-17 minutes at 180 °C.

The result is no less appetizing and tasty cutlets that can put fried fatty meat products to shame. Serving them with your favorite side dish, you can forget about the previous version of cooking cutlets.
