The secret to the perfect chicken breast dish lies in a special sauce.
Chicken breast meat is often used in cooking. But you have to be careful, because it is easy to overdry.
To ensure that the fillet is more likely to be juicy, you need to add sauce to the dish. The most tender meat is obtained in cream.
1. Using a knife, chop the champignons (4-6 pcs.), garlic clove, onion (1/2 onion). Mix the ingredients and fry in a frying pan.
2. Cut the breast (≈0.4 kg) and then add the pieces to the vegetables. Salt and pepper the contents of the pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
3. Then pour cream (0.2 liters) into the frying pan. Add tomatoes in their own juice (3 tablespoons) and bay leaf.
4. Add a small amount of water to the ingredient and simmer for about 20 minutes.
