What kind of sport is not suitable for schoolchildren: a note for parents

Many children (especially elementary school students) experience posture problems.

Children suffer from slouching, spinal deviation or flat backs, all because this part of the body is subjected to excessive stress at school.

If it is important for parents (and it is important for them, isn’t it?) to keep their child’s back healthy and avoid possible complications, they should take preventive measures in a timely manner, which includes strengthening the muscles.

How a schoolchild can strengthen his muscles

Physical education plays an important role in preventing diseases caused by serious strain on the back in school-age children.

To strengthen the muscular corset and improve the flexibility of the spine, schoolchildren should perform appropriate exercises.

It is recommended to enroll your child in a sports section: please note that not all types of sports are suitable.

Swimming, figure skating, skiing or dancing are especially useful for posture. The child can also play basketball, volleyball or football.

But so-called asymmetrical sports should be avoided. These include badminton, tennis and fencing.

Muscle strength is also affected by proper nutrition, which provides the body with all the necessary vitamins and minerals. If necessary, you can additionally take children's vitamin complexes (after consulting a doctor).
