Contrary to popular belief, boiling water several times is not harmful.
Why you shouldn’t be afraid of repeated boiling was explained by Olga Ulankina, a candidate of medical sciences and a medical expert at the Hemotest laboratory.
Her statement is quoted by the publication doctorpiter.ru .
There is an opinion that repeated boiling increases the concentration of mineral salts.
However, as Ulankina explained, the water initially contains many mineral impurities.
When boiling, they settle on the inner surface of the kettle in the form of scale.
Science does not yet have any evidence that would clearly indicate the harm of repeated boiling, the specialist said.
