Instead, try making a healing balm using potato sprouts to relieve pain in inflamed joints.

To do this, you will need to pour 0.5 liters of vodka (can be replaced with moonshine) into a jar with a wide neck, add a good handful of potato sprouts, then screw on the lid and leave in a dark place for a week.

An important condition: the temperature here should not exceed 15-20 degrees Celsius.

After 7 days, the tincture can be used to rub the lower back in case of nerve inflammation. After using the composition, immediately wrap yourself in a sheepskin blanket, plaid or scarf.
