Australian scientists noted that if a person drinks 3 or more cups of such a drink, then there is a risk that it will be very difficult to get rid of such a habit.

The experts conducted an experiment. Volunteers who drank 3 cups a day were asked to split into three groups.

The first teams were given decaffeinated coffee but were not told about it.
